A homeowner was looking for a minimalistic and efficient heating and cooling solution for his new home build
For their new construction home on Whidbey Island, the homeowners and contractor came to us looking for a heating solution that was both minimalistic in appearance and energy efficient. The client was interested in the advantages of a ductless heat pump system but did not want wall-mounted units in the main living space of their home. Our designers at Island Ductless Solutions worked closely with the client to develop a “Hybrid Whole Home Zoned System” that utilized subtle forced air vents in the home’s “Great Room” and placed ductless mini-split units in the isolated sections of the home.
